While there are many ways to work to improve game speed in sports, focusing on strike-force during ground contact is a great way to train not only on the field but in the weight room as well.
While 2020 has presented new challenges for almost all of us, I understand that we are all going through a variety of things and emotions. Take a deep breath. Pause. Reflect. Remember, it’s hard to beat a person who never gives up. This year ain’t over yet, and we can still find success in the midst of it.
